These plates are super strong smelling but it does help.

Worth It!

I was worried about the price at first, and then when we got it and saw it, I was even more concerned about what we spent. But my daughter has been using this for about a month and a half now and we are noticing a difference in her anxiety levels. She uses this during competitions and school dsys. She also says it is helping. We are encouraging her to use it three times a day even on days where she isn't feeling anxiety as recommended. Overall, this is well worth buying and their customer service is awesome as well!

I like the smell of the peppermint. But this does nothing for my anxiety. Cheaper to just buy some peppermints or peppermint oil.

Already tried it, and it is awesome! What a great product. It will help with learning breath regulation, as well as definitely calming during stressful situations. I can see how it will be helpful to use at night when I am struggling to go to bed as well. This is going to be my go to product that I am taking with me everywhere I go! Thank you!
